How do I send my login credentials?
After signing up, you will receive an email to access our secure client portal. Your first task after signing in to the client portal will be to provide your website and hosting credentials.
How long until my site is protected?
Once you sign up and provide your credentials, we work to have your website protected within 48 hours. We can only work as fast as you can provide everything we need to get started!
What's included in website edits?
Website edits include changes to content, images, plugin settings, and CSS adjustments. Edits do NOT include custom development, custom coding, graphic design, or building a new website.
Will you help me get started?
Of course we will! In your client portal, you will find instructions on how to request edits, take screen captures, and more. When we make things easier for you, it makes it easier for us too!
Do you manage advanced websites?
With our Advanced Protection Plan, we can support eCommerce (including WooCommerce), membership, and other advanced functionality websites. If you have questions on what your website needs, contact us.
Do you provide website hosting?
We can work with websites regardless of what service or company that is being used for hosting, but we do not directly provide hosting. If you have questions or concerns about your hosting, we can provide guidance for your website and budget.
